Animation was unique in a good way, reminded me of a less surreal Felix Colgrave for some reason.
Was fun to watch, gj.
As Spike said, title cards seem a little half assed, it might have been stylized but even if that was the case it just didn't work. Not a huge problem, but nevertheless a blemish on a pretty solid animation.
Also I understand you weren't really aiming for realism but Nokias just wouldn't break as easily as they do in this, regardless of circumstance.

All in all, good stuff, not perfect but if you polish up your style a bit I can definitely see you making some great stuff.

StephenHutchins responds:

Would you believe me if I told you I made the title cards literally as fast as possible?

And Felix Colgrave is my biggest influence that means a lot.

Thank you <2

In terms of narrative it could have been much more concise, there was a lot of nothing much happening.
Animation is pretty gucci though, there were a lot of bits I liked, they just had a lot of nothing in between.
Some of the sound was a little out of place too, it could have just been me but I didn't really understand why there were so many dog growls/barks. The growls I could sorta understand from a comedic point of view but the rest I just didn't 'get'.
With a bit of polish and more concise structure I can see you making some great content!

I could definitely imagine this being the soundtrack for a cartoony battle between some dwarves n' nasties, well assembled!
I'm such a sucker for this kind of percussion, mind sharing where you found the soundfonts?

Joe-Mega responds:

Wow man! Thanks so much! The percussion is from spitfire originals: cinematic percussion. Its 30 bucks :)
